Dylan Jones from Atash and Lauren Gurgiolo from Okkervil River will perform with Amy and Anthony Gilbert, Anthropos Arts students. Anthropos Arts strives to promote equal opportunity in music education by bringing top professional musicians into low-income, Title I schools to offer free lessons, workshops, master classes and performance opportunities to at-risk middle and high school students. This August, HOPE Farmers Market has partnered with Anthropos to provide a public practice space for Anthropos Arts mentors and students to perform jazz standards for your enjoyment.

Anthropos Musicians Collective will perform at HOPE Farmers Market on Sunday, July 11 at noon.
Anthropos Arts is an Austin-based nonprofit organization, 501(c)3, working primarily in the East Austin community to bring top professional musicians into Title I, low-income middle and high schools to offer free music lessons, workshops, masterclasses, and performance opportunities to economically disadvantaged youth.
